Brain food

Food and drink for learning

 

 

 The body, and especially the brain, require food and water to function properly. It is crucial that the children do not get dehydrated during the day and for that reason water bottles are encouraged.

Also, energy levels can drop during the long mornings and we have a team of dedicated helpers who prepare fruit brought in by the children each day. This is attractively presented and available to the children during morning lessons, thus giving them a small boost which helps them through to lunch.
